Oh well, yesterday evening i went to the library to search for article that could help me up.. i try to find some thesis done by seniors but the procedure was too complicated there.. i ended up gaining nothing there.. haha..

But it was a great day yesterday. i went to UTM Registry Department to obtain more information for my project. i was entertained by a lady(the person in charge)who is taking control of the whole panel clinic system. I had words with her for about an hour. She gave me a lot of information that i couldn't really get from internet. Wat i mean is more practical! She told me that there is a system being built but the system is not implemented on real life as the system is not stable. And yet, she told me to create a better system for UTM. I overwhelmed to know that if i can manage a more reliable system, then i could really help the department up!

Now i realized that they are actually altering some idea of panel clinic. Instead of letting each staffs to have 2 clinics, they hope that the staffs can visit all the panel clinic out there. The current system have 2 users, which is the admin and panel clinic staff. But i hope to add another user, that is the staff. With this, the staff could look upon the detail of the visit and drug used. Still thinking.. not sure whether it's a good idea.

She did mentioned that the manual system was a complicated and tedious job! Plus, over this year, the form that is used for many purposes(adding new user, changing of P.C, registration, adding spouse, etc..) has made the up to tonnes of paper in the cupboard! Thus, she hope that a system could be developed to overcome this problem.
