Fingerprint Application for Panel Clinic System

Well.. i'm just gonna briefly go through this... I've previously asked many person from my classmate and even other course mate about panel clinic. But frankly, they just have no idea what is it all about. Well, this happened the same to me when i was being told about this idea.

Basically, panel clinic happens to be any clinic outside that have the kinda relationship with the particular institute. I limited the scope to just UTM staffs. Panel clinic provides medical treatment with the idea of the payment being settled by the institute - UTM. Whenever they approach the clinic, the staffs will show their "panel clinic book" for identity checking purposes and the clinic will settle the payment with UTM. Therefore, the problem arises when any of them forgot to bring the book or accidently lost it!

Then come this idea of Fingerprint Application for Panel Clinic System. By using this application, clinic staffs will not have to record down any information manually, plus, the staffs will only have to bring along their finger! ha.. The system will search the information of the staff in the database based on the matching of the fingerprint. Then the clinic will update any latest treatment to the university database either daily, weekly or monthly(haven really decide until i develop the database)..

Thus, it's hoped that the application will bring efficiency in terms of speed and how the data is kept.
